running bad after offroading

running bad after offroading

after off roading today and going through some deep water and mud holes my truck started sputtering after driving it for awhile it cleared up but when i washed it it got worse and wont hardly get up to 40 mph i checked for any hoses loosenes or holes but cant find any, any help would be appreciated i have a 2000 f150 with the 5.4 thanks

don't go off roading and driving threw mud holes...problem solved, any how let your truck dry out, water is in your ignition system, to go hardcore 4x4 you have to build up your truck for your specfic mud hole, and seal every nook and cranney......

You have water in your spark plug holes. Best bet would be to remove the COPs from each cylinder and blow them out with an air hose.
