Lightbulb check engine light on reads code cylinder 1 misfiring

I know that first cylinder is misfiring, I thinking some antifrezze got into the coil or sparkplug. Had a hose bust. Any suggestions on this would be helpfu.

If that's the case... regardless of what's wrong you've fowled that plug and it will not correct itself. You should change that plug (cylinder one is front of motor on drivers side)..... remembering to blow out plug hole with air before removing plug so crap doesn't fall in cylinder and I find soaking it with some wd-40 or something a little bit before helps unseize the plug as the metal plug in the aluminum head seizes up and can take out the plug threads in the head (you don't wanna have to heli-coil that... ) also check to see if the plug on the wire (where it connects to the plug) isn't burned.... if that's burned off (which does happen)... you'll need to buy a new coil for that cylinder.
