Pressure build up in the radiator ? Actually two questions
I've been getting what seems to be pressure build up in the radiator. Every time I turn off the truck I can hear the radiator cap burp pressure. I don't remember this in the past. Could I be leaking exhaust gas into the cooling system? I don't seem to have any other problems. The truck is supercharged.
I notices a leak at the top next to the side tanks and I tried a recommendation by one of the posters here. I tried to clamp the crimps a little tighter and it just opened things up. Now I will be replacing the radiator. For right now it is being held together with high temp RTV.
Any guesses about the pressure?
While I'm asking does anyone know if the head bolts can be changed one at a time without removing the heads? I have heard that boost can lift the heads slightly and ARP bolts will not stretch like the torque to yield stock bolts.

The cooling system operates under pressure. About 16psi. You may hear the bad crimp leaking or a bad cap. Do you have coolant in the system? Do you need to keep filling it?
You can get a dye test to check for combustion gasses in the coolant.
