"Help" Engine Light

I Just drove home from my girlfreinds, (2.3kms away) on the way home the truck was running a little rpugh at low speeds, and when I was almost at my house, the engine light kept flashing on and off. Does anybody have an Idea on what it is?

Sounds like a misfire to me.
But I agree, get to a parts store and have them read the codes before you start throwing parts at it.

The flashing lite is a pre-signal, the cats are getting to much raw fuel and may burn them from the higher temps involved.
You have a dead cylinder passing the gas. Plug, coil, wire or whatever.
