"Help" Engine Light

I Just drove home from my girlfreinds, (2.3kms away) on the way home the truck was running a little rpugh at low speeds, and when I was almost at my house, the engine light kept flashing on and off. Does anybody have an Idea on what it is?

first go to autozone they will check it for free. second its most likey some kind of o2 sensor or mass airflow sensor, and im betting your running a little lean. Id go to autozone first though.

Sounds like a misfire to me.
But I agree, get to a parts store and have them read the codes before you start throwing parts at it.

The flashing lite is a pre-signal, the cats are getting to much raw fuel and may burn them from the higher temps involved.
You have a dead cylinder passing the gas. Plug, coil, wire or whatever.
