Unhappy need help fast w/ ps pump

I have a 97 150 4x2 4.6l. I recently started getting a whistling noise at idle but when i turn the wheel it goes away or when i accelerate. I looked at all the pulleys and the one that caught my eye was the power steering pulley as it was wobbling a little. could this be my noise? also when i start to reach 60 i get a vibration. if i let go of the gas it goes away, if i apply the pedal more it gets worse. could this be the pump also. please help as i don't want to go the parts store and buy a new pump to be disappointed.

thanks
Alex

The noise is probably the pump, not necessarily the pulley. The vibration sounds like a bent or dented driveshaft. Hope this helps, let us know.

the vibration wouldn't be coming from the pump itself? can the drive shaft get damaged on its own. my truck only gets city driving.
