Question compression

i have an 86 F150 302 EFI the engine was runing rough and i gave it a tuneup then i couldnt figure out why it still ran rough so i put new plugs too. it was firing, getting gas, and fire, so i stuck my finger over the plug whole and checked for compression, nothing, 5&6 were both dead i figure a broken head gasket. i was wondering what is the normal compression in cylinder 7 i am getting about 130.
