Radiator Stop Leak?

Ive got a small "gasket type" water leak on the front of my engine (4.2L) its not the heads or water pump, but rather a leak against the block and another mystery piece sandwhiced between the water pump and block i was able to tighten the bolts just a little, but i didnt want to get to wild in fear of twisting one of them off. Does anyone have any suggestions on any good "stop leak" that might take care of this problem?

stop leak does not work on a leaking gasket. If you search in the v6 forum you will find alot of posts on this problem.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO never ever use the stuff, it gums up ur thermo, hardens to your lines and creates less flow rates. its attaches to everything! i would just replace anything that needs it rather then plug it up
