High mileage 5.4's with no spark plug problems?

actually thats not the trick, anti seize is not supposed to be used on the 2v motors

Anti-seize can be used if you know what you are doing. You need to adjust your torque by the k factor of the compound you use. If you can't do the math don't use it. It is not needed on our engines with proper Motorcraft plugs.
