ok here is the problem....when i am holding the accelerator steady the tack randomly surges to about 4500 and then back down plus the overdrive off light on the shifter keeps blinking....i was driving down the road today when engine surged (resembles slipping from drive to nuetral and then back) and all of a sudden truck died. When i tried to restart it wont fire and continually blows my #24 fuse (30 amp)....does anybody have an idea what i am dealing with? BTW...just had a brand new from the factory engine put in ($4,000 ) because i blew a head gasket, filled the block with water and contorted the rods in original
