Question Fan Clutches

hey there everybody...
got a question about fan clutches?

which one?

went to napa and they asked if i want a temp or vicous or an centrifigal one.

so which one?

if anybody has an idea i would greatly appericate it....

I would go with the thermal unit. Thermal clutches react to the temperature of air hitting a bimetal spring facing the radiator. Centrifugal units rely on engine RPM. The centrifugal clutches are cheaper, but the thermal jobs will do a better job of cooling when it's needed, AND will save a little on gas.

Ditch the fan...

Ditch the fan... go electric ( e-fans). Do a search ....
