What else?

I recently purchased a 92 F-150 with a 5.0 and about 175,000 miles. I just replaced the battery and put in a 135 amp alternator. I just changed the oil, and the tranny filter. I checked the timing and actually advanced it to 12 degrees instead of 10. We'll see. I plan on changing the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor. Is there anything else I should check out or change or replace?

i would look to see if the brakes were kept up with, mayabe get fresh fluid in there, and flush the cooling system out. drain both block and rad then run a hose. then it may be wise (since its high miles) to go buy the radiator flush treatment and run that threw to get out deposits and rust that may have aquired. also do a check with vacum lines and take a look in the tb and see if that needs cleaning.
