That is true. Meets. The full synthetics EXCEED Fords specs. The worst full synthetic is far and away better than the best petro crud for typical use civilian vehicles. Race cars and other non street use applications do sometimes like the crude stuff better.

I make this easy and use penzoil 5w 30... I havent had any problems with it
