Dual E
I have a 97 f150 with Complete K&N cold air intake, Stock exhaust.
would dual exhaust out the back with flow masters increase performance or fuel economy? Would it be worth my time and money?

I think Flowmasters are the lease favorable among the folks here when buying for performance.
There are some manufacturers that boast horsepower gains and MPG increases. Although, you are talking maybe 1-2 mpg if your lucky and keep your foot out of the throttle. (which is really hard to do after you get a new exhaust system)
Check out some of the recent exhaust related post and you will get an idea.

The biggest bang for youre buck for both performance and fuel economy is a custom tune.
Flowmaster exaust even though it sounds great hurts the low end torque a bit. The next time I will get magnaflow exaust, but I won't change to flowmaster rusts out.
