i hear water in the dash

i hear water in my dash just when i take off i hear it trickling but no signs of leaks inside of truck. i thought it might be coolant problems i had it pressure flushed with new coolant and i still hear water trickling, can it be that water made its own resivore
in the outer dash and the drain hole is clogged? do i have to take apart the windshield wipers grille?

98 f150 xlt supercab, 4x4, 4.6 ltr.

the AC evaporator drain hose might be clogged. it hangs down under the truck around the bell housing area.

when you use the defrost mode the ac is also on to remove the moisture from the air.

The sound you are hearing is the water "gurgling" in the heater core. It does this after you shut the engine down. Its a typical sound on all 97-04 F150s. And,its nothing to worry about.

The area under the windshield cowl isn't full of water is it? My grandma parks under trees and got leaves and stuff in there clogging the drains. what about the map pockets in the door?
