Unhappy cylinder head problem

I have a 2002 F250 Super Duty with 49,000 miles. A spark plug blew out of the cylinder head, stripping the threads. The dealer has to replace the cylinder head at a cost of $3000 to me. Numerous calls to Ford have gotton me nowhere. The small town dealer doing the work has done four of these jobs already. This has to be some sort of defect. Is anybody out ther having this same problem?

If anybody has lost a spark plug out of the head, which seems to be a common problem, please go to this website and file a complaint. There are about 3 or 4 on there now. This is the only way Ford will acknowledge the problem.
