Have 2001 F150 Last night going down road, lost power and stalled. Restarted, blowing white smoke still no power. Will accerate, but won't move but inches at time and continues to not idle. What is going on?

 

sounds like a couple of things, head gasket, or cracked head. check the oil, is there water in the oil? a cracked head or head gasket will make it blow white smoke, and loose compression, therfore losing power. and make it not idle either. hope this helps
