So many variables here. 2 problems.
Basic tune of engine? Dirty throttle body? Sticky iac? Timing adjusted correctly?
Then go other way. Stock size tires? Engine worn out?
Need more info to properly shotgun diagnose.

cleaned trottel body, no not stock tries, umm i just replaced fuel filter, and other things eng was rebuilt and now has 80,000 miles on it i changed oil...i start it up and it ides real low to the point of stalling and it kicks itself up and then when driving i have to keep foot on gas to not stall when at lights or stoped or it stalls and when taking turns i have to give a little more gas or it stalls

I had a similar problem, but with my Impala SS. I'd turn a corner, it'd die, but a low oil pressure light would come on. I thought it was something pertaining to oil system, and computer was killing engine to protect it from seizing up. Here it was my starter wire melted on my header, and it was arching everytime I turned a corner. Check your wires for any signs or arching, could be something stupid like that....Good luck

Dirty IAC or plugged IAC ports in throttle body. Poss. EGR hung up.
