Mileage Question
All engines are air density sensitive.
Injesting more air due to the lower temperatures requires more fuel to attain the same air/fuel ratios.
The cold starting is always on the rich side and gets even richer during colder temps as well as being in that state for a longer time until the engine thermostat begins to open.
Just a fact of life.
