IAC(Idle Air Control)

Every now & then when I start my truck it will immedietly die, like start & slowly die like it's flooding out. I was thinking it might be my IAC(Idle Air Control)....has anyone else had this problem before, or changed the IAC(Idle Air Control) for any reason?

That's one of the most common concerns when an iac goes/is going bad. Hard start/stalling after cold start.
Replace it.

Some people attempt to clean them, but it's easier (as long as you gotta go thru the hassle of removing it), to just replace it. The've been upgraded thruout the years besides.......
