P1518 code/Need help ASAP

I took my truck to autozone and got a p1518 code reading. Ive seen on a few threads here that it is my IMRC. There was a link showing the location of the IMRC but it is no longer working. Can anyone please tell me where it is located and what needs to be done to get the problem fixed. I need to get my truck inspected asap. Also if i turn off my my SES?CEL light will it pass inspection even though there is still a problem?

IMRC is the intake manifold runner control. This is the air handler side of the fuel injection system. I had mine replaced in the 120,000 mile range($750) a few years ago. I was able to run my truck about 600 miles after the CEL went on and then it began to run rough.

I believe the part you seek is inside the engine. The research I have done tells me this part is designed to last between 100,000 and 150,000 miles. If you are in that mileage range then the part has simply worn out.

1518 indicates that the IMRC is stuck open.

When mine failed the repair order didn't have the diagnostic code. It just stated 'IMRC stuck open bank 2'.
