I just put 45000 miles motor in my ford and my engine light came on and it started jerking at 30 miles per hour

it a ford f150 4x4 v8 2006 put an engine in the has 45000 miles 3 yr warranty lot of new parts on it havent really drove it since yesterday and the engine light came on and started jerk when i got to 30 mils per hour its very cold here in mn my gas was low but today put some gas treatment for freezing lines but light is still on also i was wondering when i put gas in it seems like it fills real fast and have to fill gas tank up slowly or the pump shut off because it reaches the nozzle

 

Sounds like the breather tube for the fuel filler might be clogged with dirt/debris. This is what helps the fuel filler pump shut off.

You really need to get the codes read. Post them when you find out.

From a WAG, I suspect a misfire condition.
