Hello all,
Just recently joined the forum. I have a couple of questions. Im sure they have been beaten to death, but here goes anyhow.
I have a 1998 F150 STX with the 4.6L engine in it. Needless to say im a little disapointed in the performance of the engine.
Q#1 Can i use the PI heads on my 4.6l from the mustang and if so what years can i use that are compatible with my engine.
Q#2 Is there someplace i can go other than ebay to look for a used Supercharger. Due to money issues i cannot afford a new one and its #1 on my wish list.
I'd really like to get some performance out of this truck. ITs in really great shape but im kinda bored with it. If anyone has some suggestion i would really aprecaite it. Thanks for you time - DNumb

I'm in the same boat as you, I have a 98' Expy with a 5.4 non P.I. heads. I too have asked about changing to P.I. heads and from what everyone here tells me and from what I've read, the heads will bolt right on, but you have to get a chip burnt for the computer or it won't run to its full potential.
