FLASHING check engine light

I know its an oxygen sensor problem...but I was hoping for a bit of clarification. My truck started running rough, I mean really chugging, like a cyclinder dropped out---but only between 45-60 mph ???
and the check engine light ( which has been on for a while) starting FLASHING intermittently.
any thoughts?

Could be any number of things. Could be your MAF sensor. Could be a huge air leak. Could be...?

Take it to an Auto Zone and they'll hook up a code reader for you, so you can know for sure without throwing parts (and your time) at the problem.

A FLASHING CEL is usually a misfire.

The codes will guide you. Get them and WRITE THEM DOWN, post them here for advice before letting the drone at AutoZone sell you parts.
