Runs rough and check engine light

My 1997 f150 with 4.6 engine started running rough and engine light came on . I took it to autozone to have it scanned .No error code just cyl #7 came up the guy said. Anyone familiar with this

Take it to a different autozone.

Write down the code(s).

i had the same problem.....in my 02....it was a cylindar problem....something to the fact that ever cylindar has one....but its not the cylidar itself.....and then they replaced the plug....runs fine
