Ideas on how to maintain your truck/add HP

To date I have added a K&N Air Filter, used sea foam in the brake booster line, and gas tank. Clean the Maf sensor, and of course checked fluids and changed the oil. What other tasks could I do at home to help with the MPG/HP/ and overall driving of the truck?? Anything under like 100 bucks a project is good. Thanks in advance.

to tighten the torsion bars do you want to raise the ride hight or lower it? raising the ride hight will cuase the suspension to feel stiffer, lowering it will have the opisite ofect, follow the bar back to the crossmember look inside the crossmember you will see a 9/16 bolt that lifts a keyway that is attached to your torsionbars, hope this helps

Where is the fuel filter located?

Its a 98 f-150 4.2L everything mechanical is stock besides the air filter I added which I think I am going to buy the FIPK2 intake soon.

usually located inside the frame rail on the driver's side. Spend the few bucks and get the little plastic tools it is the only way to take it off.

well if you tightened up your torsion bars it will cuase your front suspension to feel hard it will put mor tension on the bars so your suspension will ride harder, dont know if it has a long term effect on ball joints tie rod ends ect.
