10w-30 oil ok???

1994 5.0 45,000 miles. Is running 10w-30 ok or should I run 10-w-40 especially for the summer. Manual sez use 10w-30 but you never know.........

Wow, only 45,000 miles on a 94.

Stick with the 5w30.
