alot of the aluminum DPFEs are covered under a 5 year 60k mile extended warranty. call your dealer with you VIN and see. it might save you $75

 

I just got done hopefully fixing my problem with this code. I already changed to egr and dpfe senor with no success. I finally broke down and took the throttle body elbow completely off. What did i find? The egr ports were almost completely stopped up with carbon. It was alot of work to get all of the carbon off but it solved my problem

 

Sounds like temp1 and I are working on the same truck.

I'm caught up now and guess cleaning or replacing the DPFE is the next logical step.
