Where can you read the actual TSB for vehicles?

I checked alldata and found the list but I would like to read the details not just the number and date.

Also are general recall fixes available to anyone who currently owns the vehicle regardless of warranty status?

if you goto or call a dealership they can run an oasis to check for any outstanding recalls. all you need is your vin number.

safety recalls last for the life of a vehicle so if you have a 67 and they recall it for a safety issue and you wait till 05 to fix it it still counts. now some recalls arnt safety recalls they are owner satisfaction recalls and have limits depending on what they are. some last 100k some only 24k and some have year restrictions like 3 years from warranty start date and so on.

now they are suposed to notify you but if you bought it used you might have slipped through a crack if the selling person didnt tell ford. and if its a dealer notification program its up to a dealer to notify you. some smaller dealers might not have the man power to stay on top of these.

if you pm me your vin i could check it and get back to you for recalls. tsb's are more year and model related than vin related and are only used when you come to a dealership and have a concern.
