How much would be a fair price for the dealer to change the plugs on a '99 4.6 V8?

You want a fair price or what the dealer will actually charge?

Expect anywhere from U$250 to U$350 plus parts.

40 bucks plus parts......

Had a local mobile guy who needed cash, i supervised, he got dirty...

Screw the dealer, 200 is a rip off......
