my 1993 ford f150 5.0 just had new plugs, wires, rotor, cap and oxygen sensor replaced because the truck idled rough and when letting off the throttle it would stall. unfortunately this did not fix the stalling problem just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what it could be.thanks guys.

Did you replace the fuel filter? I'm not real familar with the 93 but if there is a Maf sensor, then carefully clean the wire element inside with a Q-tip.

Your problem is most likely your IAC (Idle Air Control)valve. It is bolted next to your throtle body with 2 10mm bolts. You need to make sure that your timing is set to 10 deg. BTC with the inline spout disconected. To test IAC, Tap on it with a hammer and why engine is running and see if idle changes. Also Check your fuel pressure & FP regulator. Pull off the vacume line going to the regulator and make sure there is no gas in the vacume line. Those had a problem with the blader inside the regulator leaking. Good Luck. - Bill W
