Hi folks--I have a couple of questions: I have a 95 4.9L (300) in need of a head gasket (compression pumping pressure in cooling sys.). 1. Is the head aluminum or steel?, and 2., What are the chances, in every one's experiences, that the thing will be warped or cracked? Just want to know what I might have coming! should have a cast iron head
if you overheated it may well be cracked
