whats the best performance ( hp & torque) spark plugs and wires
for my 98 f150 supercab 4x4 4.6L w/90k+ miles?
I want to do it my self any clues on how to get back under the fire wall to pull out those plugs?

I would go with factory plugs and concentrate your performance upgrades on other areas like chip, air mods, pulleys etc... I've seen lots of problems with these "snake oil" plugs with split this and triple that.
MSD wires and Accel wires don't make much performance difference in this application, but they are braided and shielded better to last under load/heat. Plus they just look cool.
As far as getting to the #3 & #4 cylinders, do a search because there are lots of good tips on this issue.

hypertech programmer and 3" exhaust all the way with a
v-force muffler single exhaust sounds really throaty
