Question OBDII and throtle position indicator problem

I just got an OBDII computer reader for a laptop. It also shows realtime data like speed, throtle, rpm, etc. The Throtle position should read in a percentage from 0 - 100%. My truch only reads between 18% and 92%. Is there an adjustment? Is this a problem?

There is no prescribed adjustment.

Your readings are just fine. Leave it alone.

Just a thought. If you take the reference voltage for the TPS which is 5.0v and multiply it by 18% you get 0.9v. That is a good setting for those that manually adjust the TPS. If you do the same thing for the max, 92%, you get 4.6v. My Diagtek reads from 18 to 92% also.
