I have a 2003 Expo 5.4L with 20K miles now. It has rough idle , intermittent. Been to dealer 2 times. First they replaced #3,#4 spark plug. Second time they installed the vehicle data recorder. I had 4 hit on it in two days. They said it logged a running code with no check engine light. Something in the EGR system. Tech was in touch with FORD. FOund nothng wrong with EGR sys. Changed #1, #3 spark plugs. Problem still there. Need help!!! rough idle just started one day at around 15K miles ran smoothe as silk till then.
