Are the heads on the 4.6 and 5.4 the same?

Are the heads on the 4.6 and 5.4 the same?
This may be a really dumb question but I have seen some listings on ebay for the PI heads and it says both 4.6 and 5.4. If they are the same heads then are the PI intake manifolds the same as well?
