Question about durability

Looking at a truck right now with 110K miles. It's a 97 Lariat 4x4. I can get it for 10K. It's in great shape and really clean, but will it hold up for another 110K miles?

My 1997 4x4 5.4 has 289k miles on her and I don't do anything outside the routine maintenance.
