5.0 rebuild injector question

5.0 rebuild injector question
I'm rebuilding the engine in my 92 flareside,and changing it to H.O.firing order.Will my injectors pulse to the new firing order or are there any changes I have to make?i.e.computer,or rewiring injectors or what?Looks like something I should of thought of earlier.

You can relocate the individual injector connectors to the H.O. firing order.
You will have some idle quality issues.
Ford Motorsport offers a MAF conversion that solves that problem.
I assume you are using the H.O camshaft?
