non-F150 problem
If the fuel rail has pressure but the plugs aren't wet I would suspect an ign module problem. '92 should have a module mouinted near the radiator. Follow the wire harness from the signal generator ( used to be the distributor) until you find the module. The primary ign signal fires both the coils and the fuel injectors. Common for it to go out all of a sudden ( Sometimes even while you are motoring down the road.) You will get no spark and no fuel. Not real hard to replace and not overly expensive. Sometimes hard to find though. They used to be mounted on the dist. but the engine heat made them fail so they moved them to the front of the engine comtartment.
