Just found the site and it is great. I am struggling through the rough idle situation. Truck is one year old 12000 miles FX4 4x4 with the 5.4L. Started with the rough idle and occasional stall almost from day one, horrible gas mileage of about 9.7 mpg, back to dealer 5 times they have replaced coil paks, O2 sensors, IAC, all plugs all wires checked all injectors and reset the PCM? Nothing has helped. They have not aknowledged any known idle problem with the 5.4, which is disturbing after all the info I have read here. I am meeting with another Engineer from Ford tomorrow to hopefully end this saga. I have always owned Ford trucks and always will but do have a sour taste, guess I just got a bad one. My states (VA) lemon law will probably get me out of this one. Does anyone have any other ideas I can discuss with the techs or the engineer? Some ideas seem to make sense on a truck with 50000+ miles but how bout a new one....... HELP
