Mobil 1 synthetic oil and coasting

Hi,

I just switched to Mobil 1 synthetic oil. Im over 200 miles into the oil change and it seems that my truck coasts a lot further since I changed the oil. It also seems that I have to use the brakes more to slow the truck down.

I also changed the air filter and flushed and replaced the antifreeze.

I am wondering if the extra coasting and braking is because of the Mobil 1 synthetic oil, or just me...

Would have to say it's just you. The compression of the engine plus the tranny have more to do with coasting distances than friction from the engine.
