Loss of power after truck warms up?

I have the same exact problem as you Bronco guy. I bought the Autotap scanner and used it to determine the IAT temp was high. After reading about the TSB for IAT's above 140F I made my own cold air intake and moved the filter in front of the rad which pulled the temp down to about 5deg above outside, problem still there. Started working with knock sensor. Disconnected sensor and problem moved around, somtimes power sometimes not. I need more info on how the KS really sends back a signal to know how to defeat it. There is no knock I think it is "hearing something else". What is the problem with the dpfe sensor and how do you check for it is there a code asscociated with it? Have you heard back from the dealer?
