You have to drive to your capital and get a form notarized, ask webmaster for form, and fax it back to the webmaster. He then approves it and sends it back to you. Then and only then can you "drive your truck to another place that already has a Chapter and say something original. "

I lived in Kingston fr three years when attending university, now live and work in the central part of Jamaica, Mandeville. So you guys are saying I basically just go about telling people about the site, there isn't any formal anything?
