pull it off, there will be a gasket and two holes, slip the gasket off, spray the inside with wd-40, then use carb clean (least thats how i did it, ive heard just carb clean but wd40 seemed to make it run better, but use the carb clean to get all the grease out.
If you dont know where it is. The iac lets air bypasss the throttle plate. So just look at your intake tube and see where it branches off and goes back into the throttle body. Its a silver cylinder about 1 IN in diameter and about 2 inches long. Has an electrical connter attached.
