buzz in radio
Did you change the wires too?
Performance "low impedance" wires can cause the dreadful buzzing. Old wires can do this too. Anywhere there may be a crack in the conductor (factory wires use carbon or graphite) there will be a spark jumping inside the wires itself. Sparks cause all kinds of interference, usually RF which leads to the radio buzz. You may have ruined your wires jostling them around while changing your dist. The constant hot/cold life under the hood makes the wires brittle and sometimes just moving them around can ruin them. Even new wires that have any time on them at all can cause this readily. Factory or "low price" replacements are the worst.
They may look fine but that is no indication of what kind of shape they are inside.
It is also entirely possible you have knocked a ground loose in the process causing a ground-loop which also causes the "buzz".
Bad alternators can cause this also, especially when the diodes go bad allowing AC current into the charging system.
My first guess is the wires because, hey, thats where you where working. Buy a new set and see what happens. Worst case is you got a new set of wires you probably needed anyway. Best case.....no more dang buzzing!!!!
Take a look at the Accell 8.8, Taylor, Motorsport "blue", any "quality" wire set. They last much longer, are sheathed in silicone and usually have a small wire wound up like a spring for a conductor encased in graphite for RF suppression. The wire usually makes breakage a non issue. These wires are a little more pricey but will likely last longer than your truck so might never need to replace them again.
