Seafoam kicks butt! I use it at every oil change, I run a tank of high-grade gas with seafoam in it. It really helps my engine to run more efficiently, and I believe it reduces carbon buildup, but I have never tore down my engine to check. Seems like a good idea to me, though, and I'll use Seafoam in everything I run from now on.
