Motor vibration, and hesitation...bad coils?

Motor vibration, and hesitation...bad coils?
I'm thinking it may be time to change my coils finally, at 97k. I have a vibration when cruising
about 55-60 with OD off. It will go away if I hit the OD, changing the RPM of the engine at that speed. It will also stop if I lower the engine RPM while the OD is off. (Let off the pedal) Only seems to do it under load, and no CE light. While this is going on, it also hesitates. No doubt the cause is the roughness itself. It is most noticeable when I'm accelerating onto the freeway while the OD is off. I hit the magic RPM, and it begins hesitating and sputtering. This isn't a severe problem, just annoying. Just enough to notice the performance is affected. Anyone have a suggestion other than coil packs or possible clogged EGR system? I will be doing both most likely.,,,,98
