Rattling during Acceleration

If I accelerate to much on my 1997 f 150 XL 4.6L, I get this rattling sound coming from the front it feels like, also if I'm at high speeds and I accelerate say from 50 to 60 mph (est 75-100 km's).

I'm not trying to race it, only accelerating like a normal person. That rattling gets louder if I accelerate harder. However there is no rattling when I'm in park or neutral. Also, Whenever I turn or hit a bump, I hear this crunching crackling sound coming from the right front side and can feel the sound from the drivers side.

Thanks for any help. I know what would solve it, a new '04 F150 !! LOL

Spark knock often sounds like a rattling when accelerating.

Ok, so I should change the plugs because I haven't yet. I think it's time to do that but those last 2 plugs are going to be hard to get at. Thanks.

Do a search for pinging, and you will find more posts then you will have time to read. Start out by cleaning your MAF and resetting your computer.
