If I was to put a supercharger on will the hood close or will i have to do something with it

 

There are several kits made spesificly for the F150's that fit nicely in the engine compartment, well below the hood. If you need info on superchargers, be sure to check out the superchargers section of these boards.

I've got a Magnacharger in mune. It fits fine.
