My wife's 98 Expy started missing on the #6 cylinder. I'm doing a service on it first and starting from there. It has almost 60k on it, so it's time anyway. Here's the problem: How do I get the #3 COP off. I can't get it. I was told I wouldn't have to open up the fuel rail, so what's the trick?
